Welcome to VTM Monitoring. This training provides an overview of the tools that VTM provides to monitor the system: Alarms, Status, and Metrics. This module takes approximately 22 minutes to complete.
The following VTM Monitoring information is covered in this course:
- Explain how to use the VTM Alarm functionality to view and interpret alarm reporting for the different types and severities.
- Define how to view and interpret status reporting for all Transport Streams and RPD/RMD channels configured in Service Groups using the VTM UI Status screens.
- Describe how to view and interpret Metrics reporting through the VTM UI.
